The small municipality Baltezers, in 10 km distance to the old town of Riga, grew within shortest time by a multiple by its offer at development land in direct proximity to the ‚Baltezers‘ (‚white lake‘). The chance on 1,500 m² a large property resulted directly on the east bank a multi-generation house to flat and in two sections to realize.
