The extensive area under the large roof of the former Osmo-Halls at the port was reprogrammed for the official
opening of the 'regionale 2004' in Muenster for one evening.

Within the total volume an area was included in the 'Hall 3B*' with approx. 1000sqm of white material, concrete formwork elements, red felt and black glass ash. The installation was supported by video and light projections in interaction with musical sets.
